The Millennium goals are 8 set of goals to make the world a better place to live by 2015 by reducing poverty, helping people with and preventing aids so much more.
The Millennium Development Goals say that they plan to cut in half the percent of people of people with no access to clean drinking water.
To calculate we had to subtract the percent of people in 1990 to 100, So 100%-66%=34%
then divide that 34% in half. So 34 divided by 2 is 77%
Then take that 17% and add it back to the percent of people in 1990 which was 66%,so 66+17=83% so the development goals plan to have about 83% of the people in South Africa to have access to clean drinking water in 2015.

The Scatter shown above is a strong positive correlation because the data points are close to being a line.
This means that the number of people to get clean drinking is accumulating at a high level.
This scatter plot also shows the relationship between the percent of people with access to clean drinking water and the years. As the years accumulate the percent of people also increases.
According to our scatter plot and line of best fit,we predict that in 2015 83% of the population in the South Africa's rural countries will have access to clean drinking water. Which means that for the Millennium Goals of this country ,we think this country will meet it's goal. By using Extrapolation to make my prediction,In 2015 about 83% of the people will have access to clean drinking water.
